Graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Bergamo in 1988, in 1990, again in Bergamo, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

He deals mainly with tax and corporate consultancy, as well as assistance to companies in crisis within the framework of minor bankruptcy procedures (composition with creditors, certified plans pursuant to art. 67 of the Finance Law, restructuring plans pursuant to art. 182bis of the Finance Law).
He is a member of numerous Boards of Directors and Boards of Auditors.
